Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

  • We offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products.
  • To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, providing photo evidence of the issue.
  • Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery info and being available to receive packages. Missed deliveries that are returned to sender are not eligible for a refund.
